These days, you’d be hard pressed to find a grocery store without a gluten-free section. While a gluten-free diet may be the latest food trend — with many celebs and soccer moms alike turning their backs on the protein found in grains like wheat, barley and rye — going gluten-free isn’t a lifestyle choice for some.
