A blood glucose test measures the amount of a sugar (glucose) in a sample of your blood. A 2-hour post prandial test means that the test is done 2 hours after the start of a meal.

Glucose test is measured in milligram per deciliter (mg/dL). A normal level is less than 180 mg/dL.
