Nasalcrom is an over the counter medication used to prevent and treat nasal allergy symptoms in adults and children 2 years and older.

Nasalcrom belongs to a group of drugs called mast cell stabilizers. These work by preventing the release of histamine. This medication comes in a nasal solution and is used every 4 to 6 hours up to 6 times a day.

Common side effects of Nasalcrom include itching or burning nasal passages, sneezing or headache.
