A recent study shows daily apple consumption for one year had impressive cardiovascular results for menopausal women.

Dr. Bahram H. Arjmandi, PhD, RD, Department of Nutrition, Food and Exercise Sciences at Florida State University, exclaimed they never expected such dramatically impressive effects from daily apple consumption.
The apple eating ladies reduced their bad LDL cholesterol by a significant 23 percent while the raising their good HDL cholesterol by 4 percent.
Dr. Arjmandi and his Florida State University research team truly added credence to apples as a miracle fruit. Dr. Arjmandi's team study is the first to evaluate the long-term heart protection effects of daily consumption of apples in postmenopausal women.
