Lotrimin Ultra is an over the counter medication used to treat fungal infections of the feet, groin, arms and legs. Lotrimin Ultra belongs to a group of drugs called topical anti-fungals, which work by preventing fungal cells from growing. 

Lotrimin Ultra comes in a cream form and is usually applied to the affected area twice a day. 

Common side effects of Lotrimin Ultra include itching, irritation, and stinging.
