Jesica Abrams

Jesica Abrams is a fourth-year pharmacy student at Nova Southeastern University in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. Prior to that, she completed a master’s degree in biomedical sciences, with a focus on genetics, at Florida Atlantic University.

Jesica has worked as a forensic scientist for the State of Texas, as well as a professor at Broward College. She is a passionate educator, who teaches a wide-range of biological science and chemistry courses to pre-healthcare professional students.

After completing her PharmD, Jesica plans to progress the future of medicine through research. She believes that advances in genetic testing and education are at the forefront of discoveries that lead to improved health outcomes and increased disease cure rates.
