Sadat Shamim, MD

Dr. Shamim graduated from Dow Medical College in Karachi, followed by internship at the University of Cincinnati and a residency in neurology at Georgetown University Hospital. He completed two fellowships at the National Institutes of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NINDS) in epilepsy and neurophysiology. Currently, Dr. Shamim practices in a hospital setting seeing patients with neurological conditions including acute strokes, seizures, and neuromuscular disorders.

 

He is the director of Inpatient Neurology and Neurophysiology at Baylor University Medical Center and serves as an assistant clinical professor with Texas A & M College of Medicine.
