6 Tips for Managing Multiple Sclerosis
Physical activities such as walking, swimming and weight training have been shown to help manage symptoms of MS. Research has demonstrated that MS patients who regularly exercised had improved strength, better cardiovascular fitness and improved bowel function. They also had less fatigue, less depression and a more positive attitude.
