Alternative ADHD Treatments
Organization can help you or your child stay on task. Keep to a schedule, and write things down in a planner. For children with ADHD, keeping an organized assignment notebook for school and having a quiet place to study can be especially helpful. Clearly marked spaces for toys and games may also help to keep bedrooms clean and uncluttered.
