Alternative Ways to Reduce Stress
To destress, the American Psychological Association recommends talking things over with someone else. Sharing your concerns with another person can serve as a kind of catharsis, so remember to call a friend or family member you trust when you are feeling overwhelmed. It’s important to make sure whoever you reach out to is someone you know will understand your concerns and validate your feelings.
