Alternative Ways to Reduce Stress
Just as there is no one cause for stress, there is no one way to relax. The Alzheimer’s Association recommends taking a long walk somewhere peaceful or working in the garden to minimize stress. Long baths, listening to music, yoga, meditation or breathing exercises are just some of the other relaxation techniques you can choose from. Some relaxation techniques may work for you and some may not, so it’s important to keep an open mind.
