The Fort Smith, Arkansas-Oklahoma Metropolitan has a population of nearly 300,000. Of the total population, 50% exercised frequently and 49% ate produce frequently. According to Harvard University, eating a healthy diet full of fruits and vegetables may lower the risk of heart disease and stroke.
