The Benefits of Breastfeeding
According to the NRDC, breastfeeding strengthens a baby’s immune system. While nursing, the mom pass antibodies to her child. These antibodies help the baby build up resistance to disease and infection. Nursing can also help the baby's immune system improve its response to vaccines and food allergies.
