Many people are well aware of the lousy feeling that comes the day after a night of drinking. Alcohol may cause you to urinate more often and lead to dehydration, but staying hydrated with plenty of water during a hangover can help the body replenish what it lost the night before. Gatorade and other electrolyte-based sports drinks may help cut hangover time as well.
