Diet Tips for People with Chronic Conditions
Osteoporosis is a disease in which the bones become weak and fragile. People with osteoarthritis should eat a diet with sufficient amounts of calcium and vitamin D, which can be found in fortified milk, dairy products and other foods, fatty fish and green vegetables, among other sources.
