Exercise Tips for People with Rheumatoid Arthritis

Take a Walk

Walking on a daily basis can be a great exercise routine for people with any of a number of health conditions, including rheumatoid arthritis. Try to walk at least 150 minutes per week. If you have other health conditions like multiple sclerosis, walking may be hard for you, so talk to your doctor about other exercises that can help.
