1976 Olympic figure skating gold medalist, Dorothy Hamill, still manages to skate 5 days a week despite stiffness in her neck, hips and knees from osteoarthritis. Unlike other exercises which she viewed as a chore, Hamill says that skating was always a pleasure. If you have arthritis, finding an engaging form of exercise can help reduce symptoms.
