Yogurt is a rich source of ‘good’ bacteria known as probiotics. One study found that kids taking probiotics had fewer and less severe colds. Another study concluded that children taking probiotics had fewer flu-like symptoms. More research is needed to fully understand probiotics’ effect on flu.
