Healthy Habits Every Mother Should Have
Parents set examples for their kids, and a healthy diet should be one of those examples. Government resources, such as The Dietary Guidelines for Americans and MyPlate, aim to guide you on the path to a more nutritious diet. According to MyPlate, half of our plate should consist of fruits and vegetables. So think healthy and try new recipes.
