Healthy Habits You Should Establish in Your 20s
Not getting enough sleep is a common issue for people in their 20s, according to University of Utah Health Care. Lack of sleep can impair a person’s memory and ability to concentrate, which may raise the risk for injury, increase stress levels and make it more difficult for the body to fight off infection.
