Healthy Habits You Should Establish in Your 20s
The National Women's Health Resource Center recommends getting a complete eye exam at least once between the ages of 20 and 29. Those who already have vision problems, a family history, diabetes or an eye injury may need to see their doctor more regularly. Wearing sunglasses often may help to protect the eyes from sun damage.
