Healthy Habits You Should Establish in Your 20s
Sticking to single-ingredient foods as opposed to processed foods in your 20s may help you get in the habit of eating healthy. This habit may help you stay healthy throughout life, according to Time magazine. While it may be easy to snack on cheetos after a night on the town, eating healthy now may make for a healthier life later in life. Having a go-to healthy snack available at all times may also help to reduce the temptation for junk food.
