Healthy Snacks Under 200 Calories
Hummus has been a health food favorite for years, and there’s a good reason why. The spread is made from chickpeas, and is rich in potassium, calcium, vitamin A, and folate, among other vitamins. The protein and healthy fat content also make hummus a delicious and smart choice. By pairing hummus with whole wheat pita bread, you have a complete snack that will keep you feeling full for hours. Stick to half of a whole wheat pita and a quarter cup of hummus to get the nutritional benefits without overindulging.
