Healthy Summer Vacation Tips
Fast food isn’t the only option when families are on the road. When you plan to be out all day, bring along your own healthy snacks to stave off hunger. It’ll keep your money in your pocket and away from unhealthier options. Try some unsalted nuts, fresh fruit or peanut butter sandwiches during the drive to keep the whole family satisfied. A little preparation can go a long way when it comes to eating healthy.
