Healthy Ways to Celebrate Father’s Day
Does dad love to fish? Take him to his favorite spot and spend the day fishing with him. Fishing can be a great way to relax and unwind. One study from Curtin University found that stress reduction from fishing has a profound influence on longterm health outcomes. Fishing is also a low-impact exercise, making it a great activity for older adults. And once you’ve finished your fishing trip, remember to eat your catch for dinner — as fish is a heart-healthy protein.
