Healthy Ways to Celebrate Father’s Day
It's hot outside, so why not cool off this Father’s Day with a dip at the pool? Going for a swim with dad is a healthy way to spend time together, and it can be a fun activity for the whole family. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), swimming can improve mental health and is an exercise that puts very little stress on the joints — making it an ideal exercise for older dads.
