Heart-Healthy Lifestyle Tips for Kids
Limiting screen time encourages kids to get active now, which makes them more likely to stay active as they get older. Without good exercise habits, kids may grow into overweight adults with higher risks for heart troubles. Too much screen time also raises the risk of attention problems and anxiety.
