Home Remedies for the Flu
According to the US Department of Health & Human Services, if you’re sick with the flu, you should stay home and follow your doctor’s orders. Try placing a cool, damp washcloth of your forehead to reduce discomfort caused by fever. Also, placing a humidifier in your room may improve breathing.
