How Do You Know if You Have Arthritis?

Osteoarthritis

Osteoarthritis (OA) starts when cartilage between joints begins to rub away. Cartilage is a tissue in your body that cushions the ends of a bone for easy movement. Once this tissue rubs away, the bones start to rub against each other. Over time, OA can cause a disability, particularly when the back, knees or hips are affected.
