Hidden Sugars and Unhealthy Food linked to Diabetes

Between the hamburger buns, ketchup and soda, a typical fast food meal contains a large amount of sugar. Too much sugar can increase insulin resistance and diabetes. One study found that eating fast food two or more times a week was associated with a 27 percent increased risk of developing diabetes.
