How to Get Your Body Ready for Baby
While many people may think of pregnancy as a time to slow down, the APA recommends exercising regularly. Set goals for yourself and add some variety to your workout routine with swimming, cycling, walking and aerobics. Yoga is also an excellent choice for women trying to get pregnant. Talk to your doctor about which exercise plan is best for your body and lifestyle.
