How to Survive Spring Allergies
For many people, corticosteroids are the most effective hay fever medication and are often the first course of treatment prescribed by a doctor. Because of the effects these medications have on the respiratory system, corticosteroids are used for both hay fever and asthma to reduce inflammation, itching and a runny nose. Of all the options, nasal corticosteroids present the fewest side effects.
