Keep Calm and Meditate On
Meditation may sound daunting, but it actually is a simple mind and body practice that’s meant to increase physical and mental relaxation. Meditation focuses on the interactions between the brain, body and behavior. To meditate, you just need four elements: focused attention, relaxed breathing, a quiet setting and a comfortable position.
