Keeping Your Kids Healthy This Summer
One of the best ways to keep children healthy is to make sure they regularly wash their hands. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) calls handwashing a “do-it-yourself” vaccine and one of the best ways to remove germs, avoid getting sick and prevent the spread of germs to others. It is important to teach your child how to properly wash his hands before eating, after using the restroom, touching an animal or blowing his nose.
