Meat-Free Protein Sources
Widely known as a weight loss staple, cottage cheese has recently been hailed as one of the best sources of protein for non-meat eaters. Containing 14 grams of protein and only 81 calories per half cup, cottage cheese is also celebrated for its’ high levels of calcium. Paired with fruit or on its’ own, cottage cheese is the perfect addition to a healthy diet.
