Multiple Sclerosis and Pregnancy
In 2009, research showed that the rate of cesarean section (C section) among women with MS was considerably higher than in pregnant women without MS. C section births among women with MS may be more common because of MS-related fatigue, weakness of muscles, and inability to feel contractions.
