Hall of fame quarterback Joe Montana is a legend on the field and has a big heart off of it. He supports Celebrity Fight Night, which raises money for the Muhammad Ali Parkinson Center and the Barrow Neurological Institute, which specializes in conditions affecting the brain such as multiple sclerosis.
