This Valentine’s Day, remember to go easy on the sweets. Try giving fruit to your Valentine. If you get chocolate or candy as a gift, try to eat it over a few days instead of all at once. According to the American Heart Association, eating lots of sugar can lead to a greater risk for heart disease.
