Habits for a Better Night’s Rest

Establishing a sleep routine may help you get a better night’s rest. Try to go to bed and wake up at the same time every day, and keep the bedroom sleep-friendly. That means keeping work and devices away from sleep areas, and keeping the bedroom quiet, dark, cool and comfortable. And don’t watch the clock! Go to bed only when you’re tired.
