You Have High Blood Pressure

Sleep is very important for overall physical health. Not getting enough sleep may be a predictor for developing high blood pressure in older men, according to a study in Hypertension: Journal of the American Heart Association. Sleep apnea — a sleep disorder in which breathing repeatedly stops and starts — may also be a risk factor for high blood pressure.
