Simple Steps to Reduce Women’s Cancer Risk
Lung cancer is the leading cause of cancer death for women in the United States. Exposure to secondhand smoke can increase the risk of cancer by 20 to 30 percent because concentrations of cancer-causing and toxic chemicals are higher in secondhand smoke.
