Simple Tips for Healthy Summer Hair
Believe it or not, your hair’s health can be impacted by your diet. Hair is roughly 90 percent protein, so eating a healthy amount of protein daily is important for healthy hair. Without protein, your hair can become more susceptible to breakage. Extreme protein deficiencies can even lead to hair loss. Some healthy sources of protein are eggs, lean meats, quinoa, nuts and nut butter, beans and other legumes.
