Simple Tips for Healthy Summer Hair
It may feel good to get your hair off your neck and out of your face in the summer heat. But before you reach for that elastic, you may want to think about the potential damage. According to the American Skin Association, wearing tight ponytails, braids or updos frequently can damage hair just as much as hot styling tools can. These hairstyles can also lead to broken hair, hair loss and scalp irritation.
