Simple Tips for Healthy Summer Hair
Certain vitamins play a big role in hair health. While a healthy diet is important for beautiful hair, making sure you’re getting enough of the right vitamins is important too. A multivitamin might cover your hair needs, but be sure to check the back of the bottle for the daily values. Vitamins essential for healthy hair include vitamins A, B and E, iron, panthothenic acid, inositol and omega-3 fatty acids. Many people also use biotin to help stop hair loss, prevent graying and increase cell development. Talk to your doctor before taking any new supplements.
