Simple Ways To Remember Your Medication

Routine, routine, routine!

The first step — and perhaps the most difficult one — is incorporating taking your medication into your daily routine. Think about what you do every morning when you wake up or every evening before you go to sleep. According to Clinical Psychologist and author of the book Understand Your Brain, Get More Done: The ADHD Executive Functions Workbook, Ari Tuckman, PsyD, this tactic may be more effective than taking your medication at a random time. This is because you’re relating your medication to something you already do on a daily basis.
