Summer Drink Recipes to Cool You Down
For a refreshing, virgin drink — try the Lime Rickey from Here & Now resident chef Kathy Gunst!
Ingredients:
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 cup seltzer
1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons sugar a handful of ice cubes a lime cut into thin slices
In a large glass, mix lime juice, seltzer and sugar to taste. Add the ice cubes and throw in a few lime slices! It’s as simple as that!
