Superfoods for Fighting Arthritis
Lab research has shown that a compound called sulforaphane, which is found in broccoli and related vegetables, may prevent inflammation and block enzymes associated with joint damage. Broccoli is a rich source of vitamin K, which research suggests may slow the progression of osteoarthritis.
