Superfoods for Fighting Arthritis
Ginger is a spice that not only can soothe an upset stomach and reduce nausea, but also may ease pain and reduce inflammation in people with arthritis. One study on osteoarthritis patients showed that a concentrated ginger extract reduced knee pain and stiffness by 40 percent compared to a placebo.
