Superfoods for Fighting Arthritis
Strawberries are more than a delicious fruit; they also may reduce levels of C-reactive protein (CRP). CRP is a marker of inflammation, which is a key characteristic of diseases like rheumatoid arthritis and lupus. High levels of CRP in the blood also have been linked to an increased risk for heart disease and stroke.
