Tips for Adults with ADHD
Adulting can be hard… especially if you have attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). The hallmark traits of ADHD — inattention and distractibility — can make everything from paying the bills on time to keeping up with work, family and social demands seem overwhelming. While medication and therapy can be great tools to help control the symptoms of ADHD, keep in mind that there are also other simple things adults with ADHD can do to make things like organizing bills and balancing life a little easier. Remember, it can be possible to get focused and turn chaos into calm with these techniques.
